The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Monday reported 12 more Filipinos abroad contracted with the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), pushing the total tally to 10,129.
In its latest case bulletin, the DFA also reported five new fatalities in Asia and the Pacific and the Middle East which brought the death toll to 763
Moreover, there are 42 new recoveries in Europe and the Middle East, bringing the total number of recoveries to 6,323.
On the other hand, about 3,043 Filipinos abroad are still undergoing treatment.
“The DFA, together with its Foreign Service Posts, continues to partner with host governments to ensure the safety and well-being of Filipino nationals abroad amid the pandemic,” the department said. (PNA)
