Paced Breathing is an app available on Android that gives users visual, audio, and haptic (vibrate) breathing cues to help aid anxiety or panic attacks. You can also use it during intense workouts, meditations, and even yoga.

It is not available on the App Store, but some say that its counterpart there is Breathe+.
