2. Wash hands regularly.
We all know by now that one of the cheapest, easiest, and most important ways to prevent the spread of a virus is with frequent handwashing.
Make sure to wash your hands with soap and water especially after going to the bathroom; before and after eating; after touching surfaces and after coughing or sneezing.
See to it that you scrub all surfaces of your hands – including the back, between fingers and under nails. Rinse thoroughly with running water and dry your hands with a clean cloth completely. Remember that germs spread more easily from wet skin than from dry skin, so make sure you don’t miss this step.
And remember, regularly wash your hands. It protects you and everyone around you, and it only takes 20 seconds.
