Think about how your life in general (i.e. its structure, schedule, your habits, etc.) has changed since being with your partner. Having considered the beginning as well as the process of getting to where you are now, where do you want to go from here? What are your goals in life, both the immediate ones and the bigger ones? Does your partner keep you from reaching those goals? If so, are you willing to compromise for them?

Love is a strange thing, and no one walks away from it unscathed: you emerge with new lessons and a new way of looking at life. But don’t ever forget that all relationships come with their own bundle of trials and troubles; it’s just a question of finding who you’d like to face any number of good or bad adventures with.
