The youngest mayor in the Metro has been receiving quite the attention for a while now. But what really started it all was when he broke a 27-year dynasty the moment he was elected as the Pasig City mayor. From then on, he stood out, mostly due to his competence and efficiency as an official.

Mayor Vico Sotto is doing what a public official should do. He's doing the basic standard of what a public servant is obliged in doing, but since we're all used to ineffective traditional politicians we hold Vico's leadership to a high standard.
