As it continues to strengthen its commitment to championing women amidst hardships, Kimberly-Clark’s Kotex®️ will be hosting “Love Yourself Live: How Self-Love Can Save You”, a Facebook Live session airing on Sunday, October 11 at 7PM. Hosted on the Kotex Philippines Facebook page, the livestream aims to enlighten Filipinas on how they can better treat themselves and their loved ones during these challenging times.

Moderated by television personality and podcaster Joyce Pring, the session will tackle the importance of valuing oneself for holistic wellness, as well as activities that women can do to better integrate self-love in their everyday routines while at home.

Joining the discussion are mindful living practitioner and Ye Hezu bamboo wand teacher Mawi Fojas de Ocampo and Kotex Luxe brand ambassadors: artist and fashion icon Heart Evangelista, events and TV host Janeena Chan, certified fitness trainer Jo Villablanca, and digital content creator Janina Vela. A live Q&A segment will follow to give viewers a chance to ask questions for the expert and the guests.

As home quarantine and social distancing continue, today’s generation of modern-day Filipinas constantly look for ways to alleviate the negative effects of the pandemic on their overall wellbeing. By hosting Love Yourself Live, Kotex hopes to be an empowering support system for women during this time of uncertainty.

Love Yourself Live is a part of the Kotex Luxe Love Yourself a Little More campaign. Like and follow the Kotex Philippines Facebook page to stay updated on latest announcements and updates.
