PAGEONE Group recently started a one-day coffee essentials workshop for its employees, included as one of the activities for PAGEONE Socials.

According to the American worldwide employment website Indeed, running team activities within a workplace can improve numerous aspects of employees’ perspectives.

These benefits include creating a positive work environment, promoting interactions between different departments, developing employees’ confidence, connecting remote employees with one another, and many more.

With these advantages, PAGEONE Group’s president, Vonj Tingson, initiated activities within the company that would not only enrich the employees’ knowledge but would also boost creativity, which is one of the strengths of a public relations company.

On February 1, 2023, the company invited members of Barista Masters, a local special school for coffee, to provide training for its employees on how to create different kinds of coffee.

Through the said session, the employees were able to have an in-depth discussion about coffee and were able to personally make their own drinks out of coffee beans.

The coffee essentials training was not only to provide engaging activities but also to help the employees use their acquired knowledge for their next business projects.

With the success of PAGEONE Socials’ first activity, the company has decided to do more insightful workshops for employees, such as wine tasting and candle making.
