Besting other PR agencies, Coms360 won the coveted Agency of the Year (AOY) Award during the Gabi ng Parangal of the 58th ANVIL Awards of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP).

The ANVIL Agency of the Year award is given to a PR Agency that garners the highest number of accumulated points based on the value of each Anvil trophy that their client received for work done on behalf of the client.

Coms360 won more than 20 trophies for its clients and its own socially relevant and digital campaigns. The agency, part of the PAGEONE Group, is primarily focused on helping manage corporate reputation of local and multinational companies in the Philippines.

“We are truly honored by this recognition. We breathe and live excellence in our agency and these awards affirm this. We are thankful to all our clients for their continued trust and confidence in our agency. We are equally thankful to all members of the Coms360 family for their dedication, hard work, creativity, and genius in delivering excellent results for our clients,” Mr. Vonj C. Tingson, Coms360 President said.

Some of the Coms360 clients that won include Nestle Philippines, STI Education Services Group (STI ESG), GSK Philippines, and the Department of Tourism.

Nestle won several gold and silver ANVIL trophies for its campaign on advancing leadership in environmental sustainability by tackling plastic waste and climate change through groundbreaking programs and multi-sectoral partnerships. STI ESG won an award for its STI Scope program which molds future-ready graduates through early student interventions. GSK received a trophy for its disease awareness campaign while the Department of Tourism was recognized for its “Keep the Fun Going” sustainability campaigns.

The agency also won awards for some of its home-grown PR campaigns. Among others, Coms360 received accolade on its campaign about generating awareness on the achievements of Filipinos around the world through its “Great Filipino Story” campaign, providing platforms for bloggers through its WildFyre network and through its Reach Project.

The agency also won an award for its sought-after training program for senior executives on how to manage risks and crisis. This a comprehensive workshop on what to do and how to behave during crisis situations including practical training in facing the press – with a specific focus on how to respond to media inquiries during times of crisis.

Presented annually by the PRSP, the Anvil Awards is dubbed the “Oscars of Public Relations” and is considered as the symbol of excellence in Public Relations in the Philippines. This year about 800 participants from the private sector, government, academe, and other allied industries participated. The ANVIL is awarded to outstanding public relations programs and tools after careful screening by select PR professionals and judging by senior PR professionals and a distinguished multi-sectoral jury.
