Global fitness chain Anytime Fitness recently reopened its doors with an incentive-based campaign that encourages individuals to roll up their sleeves and get vaccinated, as fitness facilities nationwide are now permitted to operate at a limited capacity.

Dubbed “Get Back on Track,” the initiative entitles anyone who has received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine with a waived joining fee, free Health Optimization Program (HOP) assessment, and one (1) complimentary personal training session. These incentives are available upon presenting proof of vaccination when signing up for a 12-month membership at any Anytime Fitness club nationwide. The campaign lasts through September 2021.

“With vaccines becoming more accessible in the Philippines, we hope to contribute to vaccine awareness and confidence by providing incentives and encouraging people to resume their journey to a healthier lifestyle,” said Anytime Fitness Asia chief operating officer Ryan Cheal.

“Get Back on Track” is consistent with the fitness center’s broader commitment to supporting the nation’s battle against COVID-19 and assisting Filipinos in prioritizing their health and well-being amid a public health crisis.

“Anytime Fitness believes that fitness plays an integral role in boosting the immune system to become stronger and more resilient against illnesses, and thus should be at the heart of the solution to help combat COVID-19 and eventually get our lives back to normal,” added Cheal.

The 24-hour fitness center has reopened in June at 20 percent capacity after a three-month closure to help curb the spread of the virus. Members can expect enhanced safety measures within the fitness club, including temperature checks, requiring masks at all times, maintaining a two-meter distance between gym equipment, accessible handwashing stations, and frequent sanitation of all equipment, accessories, and areas after each use.
