The Philippine Air Force has deployed transport aircraft to bring food packs and other relief supplies from Villamor Air Base in Pasay City to areas in Legazpi City, Albay, and Virac, Catanduanes that were affected by Super Typhoon Rolly.

Mayor Noel Rosal has ordered the decampment of residents who took shelter in various evacuation centers in Legazpi as a preemptive measure for the onslaught of Super Typhoon Rolly.
