A man in India went viral after an odd incident of ‘revenge’ reportedly took over, after the snake bit him when he was on his way home on Wednesday night, August 13.

Kishore Badra, a 45-year-old villager of Gambharipatia village in Jajpur district in eastern India’s Odisha state, was returning home on foot after work when a krait snake bit him on his leg and in return he also bit the snake to death.

“Something bit on my leg while I was returning home on foot last night. I switched on my torch and found it to be a poisonous krait snake. In order to take revenge, I took the snake in my hands and bit it repeatedly, killing the viper on the spot,” said Badra during his interview with India Today.

However, Badra managed to capture the snake and brought it home with him and told his wife about the incident. Badra was later seen showing off the snake’s carcass.

Following the incident, Badra was advised to consult a doctor but he insisted and said, “Even though I bit the poisonous krait, I did not feel any difficulty. I went to a traditional healer residing near the village and was cured,” he added.

It turned out that Badra and the whole incident had no impact on him.
