Customized collectible figures, commonly known as ‘Funko POP!,’ manufacturer Gino Roberto Custom Figures announced their partnership with Tarantadong Kalbo to develop a 3-inch collectible figure of the “Tumindig” artwork in a Facebook post on Monday, July 26, 2021.
The limited-edition, hand-crafted, raised-fist figure is entirely composed of resin materials. The item is also packaged in a unique box.
The “Tumindig” artwork is now available for pre-order for 1,500 PHP as of writing. A 500 pesos downpayment is needed at the time of purchase.
The Philippine Animation Workers Association (PAWA) will profit from a portion of the proceeds from this partnership, according to the business.
The estimated time of arrival of the figures is set to be in September 2021.
The artwork of Kevin Eric Raymundo, also known as Tarantadong Kalbo, labeled “Tumindig,” went viral after Raymundo uploaded a white, raised-up fist among the silenced crowd.
Different groups have noticed the art’s message and created their versions of it.
